What is GPSR?

The EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into force on December 13, 2024, aims to ensure the safety of all non-food consumer products placed on the EU market, whether sold online or offline, and replaces the previous General Product Safety Directive (GPSD).

What does that mean?

To continue supplying our products to customers in the EU and Northern Ireland, we are required under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) to appoint a Responsible Person based in the EU. This person acts as a key contact for EU authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations (Article 19).

We also take product safety very seriously. As part of our commitment to offering only safe and high-quality products, we conduct internal risk assessments before introducing any new items to our store (Article 6 & Article 9(2)).
