A relaxed-fit V-neck cardigan with raglan sleeves and a thigh-length hem, worked in Bramble & Fleece Wooltrace DK. A perfect layering piece for those in-between months.
Moreland is generously sized with a long body, so it wears like a light coat over a shirt or tee. The fabric is plain stocking stitch above a broken rib hem, with the raglan lines and the picked-up front bands doing all the shaping and structure.

Romney wears hard and holds its shape, which matters on a long, loose cardigan worn as outerwear — the hem and front bands stay where they should. You will need 6 to 9 hanks depending on size — 600g to 900g.
Is a cardigan harder than a sweater?
Not this one. Because Moreland is a relaxed fit with raglan shaping and a simple picked-up band rather than set-in sleeves and buttonholes, it is genuinely beginner-friendly. If you can knit a scarf and follow a decrease instruction, you can knit Moreland.
