The cosy Burnet Hood in Bramble & Fleece Sheepsoft Fibreknit starts at the crown with a saddle-style panel. Stitches are picked up around this and worked downwards, a ribbed edging frames the face, and a knitted tie attached at the end completes this on-trend piece.
At 12 stitches to 10cm on 8mm needles this is the fastest knit in the collection — three balls and an evening or two. Fibreknit is a chainette construction rather than a conventional spun yarn, so the hood is remarkably light for its warmth and has no weight pulling on the crown.
