Yarrow Vest
Design BF022 · Bramble & Fleece Autumn/Winter Collection
A sleeveless, round-necked vest knitted in an all-over lace stitch, with a delicate drape that makes it perfect for layering. Knitted in soft Bramble & Fleece Sheepsoft Fibreknit.
Lace at a chunky gauge is an unusual and very effective combination: the openwork keeps the vest light and airy while the 10mm needles mean it grows fast. Fibreknit's chainette construction gives the lace a soft, cloudy drape rather than the crispness a spun yarn would produce. Graded across nine sizes to a 158cm chest.

Which yarn does the Yarrow Vest use?
Yarrow is written for Bramble & Fleece Sheepsoft Fibreknit, 100% British wool knitted into a fine chainette tube rather than spun, which traps air for warmth at very little weight. You will need 5 to 11 balls of 50g depending on size.
How inclusive is the sizing?
Yarrow is graded across nine sizes, from a 71-76cm chest up to 153-158cm, with a finished chest measurement from 86cm to 166cm. Full measurement and schematic pages are included so you can choose your size on finished measurements rather than a label.
This is a digital knitting pattern supplied as a PDF download in English, with a schematic, full abbreviations table and metric and imperial measurements. Yarn and needles are sold separately.
